Designing of commercial rooftop Solar PV albeit conceptually similar to residential, differs in many aspects. The higher investment with commercial systems, demands a higher accuracy of generation which is crucial for calculation of IRR and NPV. The electrical designing being more complex than a residential system, needs much more experience and knowledge. Quality of material and components of the system may also differ.

We simply do not design for the maximum possible capacity. By analyzing your roof structure and load bearing capability to available space, we will determine the best capacity that will provide you with the best return on your investment. We then carefully select the best material knowing that the investment must last you decades under harsh operating conditions. We will look after the complete process from the grid authority pre-approval to final gird connection. Traditionally, we connect plants of the C&I segment under the “Net Plus” or “Net Accounting” schemes in Sri Lanka. However, we don’t stop there, we will maintain the plant through its lifetime to ensure that you get your expected return.
